Official Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
Loma Vista Recordings is making available copies of the limited edition album vinyl of Mastodon “Marrow Deep” ("Product").
Because demand is expected to exceed available inventory, eligible participants will be selected at random for the opportunity to purchase the Product.
Selection does not constitute a prize, sweepstakes award, gift, or giveaway, rather the selected participants will be able to complete their purchase of the Product.
2. Entry Period
The registration period begins on 10/9/26 9am PT and ends on 10/12/26 9am PT.
Entries received outside the registration period are void.
3. Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person, email address and payment method.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated or bot-generated entries.
4. Random Selection Process
After the entry period closes, eligible entrants will be selected at random.
5. Payment Authorization
By entering, participant authorizes Sponsor and its payment processor to obtain a temporary authorization against the payment method provided.
The authorization is not a charge.
Participants who are not selected will not be charged for the Product.
The timing of release of any authorization hold is determined solely by the applicable financial institution, card issuer, and payment network.
6. Automatic Purchase Processing
If selected, the participant authorizes Sponsor to process payment automatically using the payment method provided during registration.
Upon successful processing, a binding purchase transaction will be created and the Product will be shipped to the address provided by the participant.
7. Failed Payments
If a selected participant's payment cannot be successfully processed for any reason, Sponsor may cancel that participant's allocation and offer the Product to an alternate entrant selected at random.
8. Product Limit
Limit one (1) unit per selected participant.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel orders acquired through fraud, resellers, bots, circumvention of entry limits, or other abuse of the process.
9. No Cash Alternative
No substitutions, transfers or assignments of allocations are permitted.
The right to purchase is personal to the selected entrant.
10. Shipping
Product will be shipped following successful payment processing and in accordance with Sponsor's applicable shipping policies.
Any shipping dates are estimates only.
Due to the nature of the Product and potentially applicable shipping policies or exportation laws, the Product is available only for shipment within the United States, Canada and Mexico. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the legality of exporting, importing, reselling, or transferring the Product outside of the United States of America.
11. Marketing Communications
Registration for the selection process does not require consent to receive marketing communications.
Where an entrant separately elects to receive marketing communications, entrant agrees that Sponsor may use the provided contact information in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
12. No Warranties
Sponsor makes no warranties except as expressly stated herein and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
All personal information will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
14. Sponsor Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the selection process if fraud, technical failures, security issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the process.
