Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do! Our returns policy is as follows:
If you ordered an item by accident or no longer want an item that you ordered from us, please contact us within 60 days of your order to request a return or exchange of equal value. In order to be eligible for a return, music products must be unopened and apparel must be unworn and in its original packaging. The cost of returning an item received undamaged and free from defects is to be borne by the buyer. Your refund or exchange will then be processed once we receive these items back at our facility.
When returning items to us, please ship USPS via a shipping method that includes tracking information, as Loma Vista Bodega is not responsible for returns lost in the mail without a tracking number.
If you received an incorrect item from us, or if you received an item in damaged or defective condition, please contact us for further instructions.
What shipping methods do you offer and how much do they cost?
Loma Vista Bodega offers Media Mail, USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Overnight for orders shipped within the US. For international orders, we offer USPS International Shipping.
Shipping costs vary greatly and are calculated at checkout depending on weight, destination, and shipping method. To calculate your shipping cost, simply add items to your Cart, enter your shipping address, and proceed to checkout. You will then be provided with the shipping methods and costs associated with your shipping address.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Loma Vista Bodega has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Applicable customs and duty charges at the point of delivery are to be borne by the buyer.
We comply fully with the regulations imposed by US Customs & Border Protection and thus cannot declare your order as a "gift" or with a lesser value than is required.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
What are estimated shipping times?
Orders are expected to ship from our facility within 1-3 business days unless the item is on backorder or pre-order. Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email which will include tracking information.
Shipping times vary greatly based on shipping method and location. However, estimated shipping times are as follows. Please note that these shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Media Mail: 2-8 Business Days*
USPS First-Class: 2-3 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 1-5 Business Days
FedEx Overnight: 1 Business Day
USPS International Shipping: 5-30 Business Days
*While most Media Mail shipments are delivered within 8 days of shipping, it may take up to 30 days to reach your destination. This is especially true for residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and APO addresses.
The tracking information for my order says that it was delivered, but I don't have my items. What do I do?
If you have not received your order within 48 hours of the tracking information claiming that it has been delivered, please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number associated with your order. Most of the time, these packages are either dropped off at an unexpected location at your address, are being held at your local postal carrier office, or are with one of your close neighbors. If the post office is not able to find your items, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you further!
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are orders taken before the actual release date of a product so that you can secure your order of the item before its official release. The details of each preorder vary by item and are stated on the product description.
If your order contains both pre-order and non-preorder items, the entire order will ship in full when the pre-order item becomes available. We are unable to split shipments or ship other items separately. If you would like additional items shipped before the release date of a pre-order product, please place two separate orders for these items.

I ordered an item that comes with a digital download. How does this work?
If you ordered an item that comes with a digital download, upon the completion of your transaction, you will be automatically sent an email containing a secure link to your download in MP3 format. Important: if you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folders as well.
Please note that these downloads will likely not download correctly on a mobile device, so we recommend that you download these files via a desktop or laptop computer.
When the download has completed, you should usually be able to extract the files in the ZIP folder by simply double-clicking on it. If you are not able to extract the files in this ZIP folder, you may need to download a utility/program to do so.
